I am obsessed with how these buds change day-by-day. Today they are hairy caterpillars and I wanted to capture them against an impressionistic setting sun sky.
I just LOVE this photograph....the soft tones, contrasts and the play of light on the buds are stunning. An amazing sense of mood. This would look wonderful as an enlarged,framed photo.
