Camera wanted to flash but I supressed it and really like the waning twilight luminescence of these waxy early bloomers.

Not for Everyone
I am obsessed with how these buds change day-by-day. Today they are hairy caterpillars and I wanted to capture them against an impressionistic setting sun sky.

Ivory and Ebony
Went to the tail-end of Perth's MapleFest today and it was fantastic! There were so many people on the streets from all over. Lots of food, music, craft and retail booths and these two guys at a petting pen as I was leaving. They were just BEGGING to have their pictures taken!
