I am obsessed with how these buds change day-by-day.  Today they are hairy caterpillars and I wanted to capture them against an impressionistic setting sun sky.

Went to the tail-end of Perth's MapleFest today and it was fantastic!  There were so many people on the streets from all over.  Lots of food, music, craft and retail booths and these two guys at a petting pen as I was leaving. They were just BEGGING to have their pictures taken!

The newest show opening at Studio Theatre this Thursday, "$38,000 For A Friendly Face."  A little black comedy by an Ontario playwright - takes place in a funeral home.  Here, members of "The Last Supper Committee" prepare for a Celebration of Life.  My contribution?  I painted the kitchen floor :)
